CW2 Hopkins and Brown

CW2 David L. Hopkins

David Hopkins devoted his life to serving others, from his early years in Indiana to his career as an Army aviator. He served in Desert Storm and later flew with 2-2 Aviation in South Korea, where he was known for his professionalism and dedication to his crew. David was tragically killed during a training mission on February 4, 1999, but his spirit and service continue to inspire. As we gather for our competition on the 19th, we honor his life, his sacrifice, and the example he set for all who serve. (Reference: The Korean War Educator - Helicopters in the Korean War)
